Besides being active, is there anything else I can do to improve my health and have a healthy lifestyle? 

Yes! Other things which help your health and wellbeing are: 

  • eating nutritious foods with a variety of vegetables and fruit, and enough protein. Protein from meat, fish, dairy, eggs, nuts and seeds is needed for strong muscles. 
  • getting plenty of sleep
  • limiting alcohol
  • not smoking
